Our Products

We grow all of our own vegetables except sweet corn.  Everything is grown from seed with each variety carefully chosen for quality and flavor.  Many of the varieties we grow will not be found in supermarkets as those varieties are typically produced with shelf life in mind rather than taste.  Our vegetables are grown with a focus on nutrient and mineral enhancement of the soil to produce the most nutritious and sustainable produce we can.


We use no genetically modified (GMO) seeds and use open-pollinated and heirlooms seeds when we can.  

The availabilty of the vegetables is dependent on the season and growing conditions year to year.
