Interns gain experience in all aspects of the farm from soil preparation, seeding, transplanting, weeding, harvesting, CSA packing, sales, customer interaction, laying hen management, and end of season cleanup. Tractor training is available to those showing the aptitude. Training is provided by hands-on instruction, pre-day lectures, and hands on work.
