2012 Fall/Winter CSA

This is the third year we will be offering an extension to our summer season CSA. It is not your standard summer fare of tomatoes and corn. We will be eating New England Style, which means storage crops and hearty winter greens. It is not a co-op or consist of items purchased elsewhere. We will grow all items in your share. Greens wills be picked fresh and storage items are being harvested over the next month for storage in our walk-in cooler

Distribution

The only distribution location will be at the farm in Pepperell. However, we are offering a free share to a Westford resident who is willing to pickup and redistribute 10-20 shares at their home. You must be willing to pickup every distribution, have a vehicle to transport the shares back to Westford, and be able to accommodate shareholders picking up their shares at your home. Contact us if you are interested in being the Westford pickup point/person. We will need to have this person in place before accepting Westford pickup CSA applications so contact us soon.

The distribution will be on Thursdays between 4pm and 7pm starting sometime in November (We are targeting mid November but the actual start will depend on when greens are ready) and continuing weekly until January. We have added two extra distributions this year for a total of 9. The quantity in the share is slightly more than our typical summer season small size share.

Cost

The cost for the fall/winter CSA is $175.00 for the season if paying by cash/check or $180 if paying by credit card. There is only one share size.
